More suited for younger people I had my friend try it out so I could get a photo We are both 200+lbs and this canoe is not big enough for us 100% displacement for this canoe is 500+lbs, it weighs 50lbs, so 462 lb load would sink it. One or two 70-90lbs kids would work fine in this canoe. The manual suggests how to easily adjust for larger weights.
